Boldly promoting a mission “to be the absolute best fast food pizza chain in the world,” San Diego-born Perfect Pizza started working on creating its first Las Vegas expansion, officially “coming soon” to Spring Valley.
From its base in Rancho Bernardo and Ocean Beach, California, the counter-service restaurant will move into a stand-alone building at the Spring Valley Town Center retail center, already home to Fatburger and Forte Tapas.
Recently filing construction paperwork, Perfect Pizza will take over a prime space shared with neighbor Pepe’s Tacos, right on Rainbow Boulevard and close to the intersection with Flamingo Road.
On the value priced menu, thin, deep dish, stuffed, and gluten-free pies, including a cauliflower crust vegan option, plus bread sticks, chicken wings, cinnamon knots, and lunch and dinner combo specials.
The interior with a red-and-black color scheme takes its inspiration from the school colors for San Diego State University. Last year the football fan operators enlisted a famed SDSU alum, Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Rams running back Marshall Faulk, to appear in video promotions.
